You are "made" to like the opposite sex. If you don't then probably something wrong with you. You can like and admire the beauty of the faminie "creatures" around you! I mean raw and wild. Remember we are also looking for the same from the boys! We admire boys too. Appreciation, admiration and even adoration of the opposite sex is not wrong.
Just think about it, where does the moral limits starts? When you are not in any relationship with any one, you are free to look, like, and admire any one. But once you start a relationship - then you are expected to be devoted only to that relationship.
There are times my husband tells me about all the beautiful girls he met at work or elsewhere, I respect his honsty. I tell him what makes me feel attracted. But we love eachother and we'd do anything for eachother.
Infatuation is very healthy. Keep it up. Don't listen to people who talk too moralistic views. The reason they so strongly advocate moralist view is to supress their own immoral behaviour.
Look at a Religious man who strictly talks about a moralistic view in any religion for that matter, a close watch would reveal that the guy himself is in so many immoral relationship. (I don't think you need expamples about it)
But there are men who are liberal in their view yet verymuch within a moral limits of a loving relationship. Just learn to be who you are. When you see a girl, be generous in appreciating her. Result, first of all, you will not strugle much with immoral thoughts after that. Secondly, she is happy and in turn she will be appreciative of your genuine care.
See, we can make the world a better place if we learn to be what we are!!!

Infatuation towards the opposite sex is healthy or nowadays if it is the same sex also their are societal acceptances gaining ground. But if it is towards another species say animals, then you are not on healthy or moralistic safe ground.
