I think there is only one God. I also think that since there is only one God that the one God that everyone else believe in is still God because there really is only one God.. So no matter what you call God He can only be the one God there is even if some people think of Him differently and might be mistaken about what he is all about. Are you still with me?

No, they are not one and the same. The Christians and the Hebrew God is the same but the Koran God is not the same. If you read the Koran, you will know that they are different. The Koran says that Jesus is a prophet but Chrisians say that He is God in the flesh. Most Hebrews have not yet seen that Jesus is their Messiah but they will when he returns and will send out 144 thousand people to tell everyone (like born-again Christians do now) the gospel (good news). Thank you for your question.

If muslims claim to worship the same God as Abraham worshiped then they are the same God. The question, though, is not are they the same God but are the followers of the religions pleasing to God in how they relate to Him.

Muhammad is NOT a prophet of God. Jesus is the SON of God. And Jesus tells us (and He ought to know because He is God and He gets to make the rules) NO ONE comes unto my Father but THROUGH ME.

Muslims do not accept Jesus as the Son of God nor do they approach God through His Son.

So yeah. Same God. But God will not accept those who attempt to approach Him through any other than Jesus.

They are not the one and the same. You already made that distinction when you said the Hebrew God whom is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Muslims deny the Hebrew God so therefore they cannot be one and the same.

No, Allah and the Hebrew God are NOT the same God. God is God, the Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, the One Who is, Who was, and Who is to come, The Alpha and the Omega.

Allah is the false moon god from pre-islamic days. They most certainly are not the same. One is real the other is fake.

I believe in one God, I just think it only makes sense that other nations would have different titles for Him: Allah, Abba, God, etc. ( I'm sure there are infinite more )
One Love, One Life,
Give thanx and praise to the Lord, and I will feel alright.
One song. Let's get together and feel alright~
I'm pleaing to mankind - There ain't no hiding place from the Father of Creation, sing it! :o]

no, i dont agree. the God of the Jews and the God of Christians OT and NT are both the God of Moses and Abraham. He's the same yesterday today and tomorow. BUT the muslims went off in a different direction. the god of the islamic relgion is NOT the same as the God of moses and abraham in the Christian bible.

yes, Allah is the God of Abraham, Adam, Noah, Moses

Qur'an 3:84-85
Say (O Muhammad): "We believe in Allah and in what has been revealed to us
and what was revealed to Abraham, Isma'il, Isaac, Jacob and the Tribes,
and in (Books) given to Moses, Jesus and the Prophets from their Lord;
we make no distinction between one and another among them
and to Allah do we bow our will (in Islam)."
If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah) never will it be accepted of him;
and in the Hereafter he will be in the ranks of those who have lost (all spiritual good).
