It has it's good points. It's fun to post new photos and send messages to old friends. I like where you can write testomonials about your buddies - some are funny as hell.

But the bad thing is if you want to meet new people and let anyone read your profile and send messages to you, then it sucks. I would get letters from a lot of very strange women, as well as spam messages and scams. So I'd say it's good to keep in touch with old friends, but not so good to meet new people.
