I do not do enough good deeds. I am courteous to my fellow human. I will hold a door for anyone who shows a need. I give till it hurts. I pray for all I can. I give without expecting. I love that I can put a smile on a frown. I will strive to do as much as i can and still will never be able to say I do enough. Someday, I might do a good deed for myself, but that would be selfish, and I can't be that. So, I go throughout my day and try to do good deeds for that is my reward. The knowledge that i put a smile on someone Else's face and made their day better seems as though i do get something in return.

I am getting a really bad conscience these days, especially since my b/f is putting his religiouds beliefs in the fore. I know it's a bad reason but it kinda make me feel inadequate when it comes to good deeds, like I'm kinda guilty

Well, I'll give you the "Bible Thumper's" view.
Ephesians 2:8, "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast. For we are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them."
We are to do good deeds ("that we should walk in them), but we can never do enough to be saved; that is a gift ("by grace"). We must accept the gift on His terms, but we can never earn salvation by enough good deeds.

I do good deeds all day long. I teach teenagers, so I do my best to be a good roll model and to help them through their teenage angst. I am the type of person who will do my best to help others whenever they need me.

I think so.
Random acts of kindness and all that. Maybe causing no harm is a more realistic goal.
