I am 17 n..I Have My Temps Right Now N I Was Wondering..With The Real Veneers Can I eat What Ever I Want??N Do Whatever I Want Like I Used To With My Old Four Front Teeth??Are The Veneers Almost Like Real Teeth In Strenght?Because I Do Alot Of Martial Arts n i am afraid with the slightest punch it could knck em off..:( I Hope There Unbreakable...

You do know that they don't last forever? And that the dentist may have to grind and sand your real teeth to nubs to make them fit? Meaning, that every 10 - 15 years or so, you can expect to fork over thousands of bucks to get them fixed and you'll never have your real teeth to fall back on.

You can do everything you did before within reason...you have to remember that a porcelain veneer is just glued to the outside of your tooth and they can break if abused or kicked in the mouth just like a real tooth. You will not want to untie knots, bite into real sticky or hard things. Just remember they are jewels not tools and that should cover it.

I understand that they aren't terribly strong. You can do normal things like eat with them, but you can't use them to pry the tops off of cans, etc.

Vote for JLouise8. I like that. "They are jewels, not tools." I'm gonna use that line myself, if I can remember it. She's 100% correct, though.
