The least expensive service provides caller ID, and you will be able to see who is calling you, but you have to disconnect and call them back. But you can upgrade to their premium service where there is an option you can click to disconnect from the internet and take the call after it comes up on the caller ID.
And just a note to other people that answered--- DSL isn't available everywhere in the US yet. Not everyone lives in the city! My parents who live in a small country town in Ohio can't get high speed internet because the companies haven't bothered putting the lines in yet!
