what are the advantages of waxing your legs vs. shaving them?

No Regrowth for a few weeks, It's faster if you go to a salon, no crappy red bumps, you can moisturize and maximize the look of the skin, it just rocks, and hair starts to grow in less and less after a few times

Waxing feels so smooth and lasts longer than shaving, but :
1. you have to grow the hair out before you can wax it
2. It hurts
3. It is more expensive than shaving
4. The heat from the wax can dilate small blood vessels under the skin that can then rupture when the wax section is pulled off. This leaves spider veins in some people. It doesn't have to happen the first time, I got a bunch of little purple and blue spider veins all around my ankle after 4 years of waxing.It looked like a bad bruise from a distance. It cost me $6k to remove them with a dermatologist and a laser. I'd rather shave every day.
