It is "la casa de tu madre". In Latin America may sound better "la casa de tu mamá".

Enjoy

"La casa de su madre" (formal; to someone you don't know, an authority figure, or an elderly person)*
"La casa de tu madre" (informal; to a relative, friend, classmate; BASICALLY, to anyone you know)

*If you're from Colombia or if you're visiting there or living there, you would use the formal form when speaking to a parent, grandparent, uncle, or aunt.

You dont even have to say "la casa" unless ur talking about the actual house structure...in Argentina u just say "Lo de tu mama"...It just means your Mom's...and house is implied.
