Okay, here's the scenario: Cut a hole in the side of a PC box and shoot a fire extinguisher into it, essentially flash-freezing everything while increasing air pressure. Will the electronics still work? How about the motors in the CD drives, fans, etc.? I'm looking more for advice on how to make this more damaging (or if it'll even work) and less for advice on how to fix it.

most pc boxes will leak enough that the pressure will not be an issue. morsover, the "freezing" effect you predict would not be as damaging as the chemicals getting all over the componets, likely shorting them out.

You are in demolition mode why ?
Things may or may not work depending on the quality of the PC and the power & size of the extinguisher.
Essentially, you put enough power in the demo & it will take out whatever but your current question has insufficient information to make that determination now.
