Should I get a stripping kit or should I go to a professional? I don't want to end up frying my hair.

Go to a professional, if you made a mistake already, better fix it while you can. Or you can just wash it a lot and hopefully it'll fade.

I would go to a pro. Personally I've messed up my hair a few times and its cost more to get it fixed than if I just went to a pro to dye it in the first place.

Maybe you could just wash your hair a lot right now, whenever I have my hair dyed it tends to fade out after a few washes.

weirdly enough, rinse it with white vineagar, really, it will lift some of the color out. dont bleach it, it will dry out for sure, you could try a light color over it, but you might wait a few weeks to see if the vineagar lightens it up enough. the best bet if it doesnt is too seek professional help

Just give it a few days it will lighten in about a week once some of the die washes out.

listen. the best thing for you is to believe in yourself and if you think it is best to go to a professional than do that but i was thinking that a way to lighten your hair is to either get a lighter color or put highlights in your hair.

best idea is go to a professional but first you could wait a week or two and the color is bound to fade.
