OK, so, let's say you've died and just got to heaven...?

how would you recognize your loved ones? they don't have physical bodies, right, so it's not like you'd see them from a distance waving you in. and you have no body, either, so they couldn't see you. and if you have no body, then you have no ears or eyes to hear them or see them. if you 'sense' them, what sense organs do you sense them with?

when Jesus ascended to Heaven He was flesh & bone. so i assume we will be the same, He still has the holes in his hands from being nailed up to the cross right now. And i think we could always ask God where the people are that we're looking for too right :o}

Ecclesiastes 9: 5-6,For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten. 6 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun.

That says we dont go to Heaven. When we die thats it.

You will be there in spirit and you will know your loved ones. Its like now, you just wont have the physical body with the aches and pains.

If I had just died and gone to heaven, Slash would be there, naked, feeding me peeled grapes and rubbing my feet. I doubt I would be paying much attention to anything else that was going on.

presume there would be a form of communication but not certain how this would be accomplished unless it would be something like mental telepathy as we know it on this plane.

Like of dreams..... you see them and can recognize them but phisically nothing.
