Any tattoo place that doesn't have the ethics to obey the law shouldn't be trusted marking up your body.I am not trying to be judgemental, but think about it.Be patient,at least you will have a chance to change your mind while you wait till you're old enough.Believe me,I was able to find one when I was 15,he made an ugly tattoo and now I am a 35 yr old mother of 4 and it looks ridiculous. It was the biggest mistake of my life. Please be patient. It will be worth it.

Yes, I have known minors to get a tattoo from a tattoo parlor, but their parents have to give consent and sign a paper agreeing to the minor getting one. If the parent doesn't give consent, then the minor is out of luck. If you think about it, not too many parents are going to agree with that.

it truly is in basic terms no longer clever to get tattoos at a youthful age. it truly is going to likely be on you for something of your existence, bear in mind that. you're no longer sufficiently previous to understand that for the duration of a few unspecified time contained sooner or later on your existence the tat you obtain at age 15, sixteen, 17etc should not be some thing you like at age 40. No first rate artist will do something on a minor without parental permission.

It isn't really recommended for two reasons:
1) Minor's aren't generally good at making life affecting decisions.
2) Their bodies are still changing shape so the tattoo would likely skew and distort by the time they are older

Legally, no, no such place exists. Too much of a liability problem. Besides, why do you want a tat if you are under 18? Why not this, get a tattoo of yourself, only bigger...

Nope.
I suggest that before you get a tattoo, you learn how to spell.
And STOP POSTING THIS QUESTION. You're getting annoying.

a legal establishment will defiently not give minors tat's and any place you go that does you want to avoid because if they break one law who's to say they don't break them all HELLO dirty needles, HIV, its real and you're not immune.
