Well, you question is poorly worded but I think I might get the gist of it. Do you mean "what would you do if someone broke up with you by putting a note in your locker and not even giving you a reason for the breakup?"
If so, I would take it to mean that they are just not that into me and I need to move on. If they are so immature they can't even talk to me about it than I have no use for them. I would remember that I am responsible for my own happiness and not waste another moment worrying about it.

DO to them? Nothing. If they are so cowardly as to break up via a note in your locker, they aren't worth wasting anymore time or energy on.
