what do you mean "forever"
You can do a straight perm where you use the chemicals and follow the direction except for using curlers. It will grow out just like a regular perm. Nothing is forever.
Or
Buy a CERAMIC (not ceramic plated) straightening iron. THe more expensive the better. SHouldn't cost letss than $50. It will stay straight throughout the whole day. Don't buy one from Target or Wal-Mart. THey are cheap and don't work well.

I use over the counter hair straighteners and they work pretty well for a couple of weeks, but my hair is really wavy. For super curly hair I would recomend going to a salon the day before picture day and have someone use a straightening iron. The ones they use are really expensive and having someone else do it will better your chances of making sure all your hair is straight.

You should go and buy stuff that perms your hair but instead of doing the whole curly thiing, comb it all through and then it will be straight...i did and its been straight for about 4 years now :)

You cant forever. You can get it permanently straight and it last about 3 months until you get new hair growth.

.....herd of a straightener? do that everyday. that or like just do it once and if ur hair dont get too oily too soon....dont wash ur hair and it gets even straighter. but looks kinda dirty and not sure but i think it would smell. hm...w/e i'm just reallllly bored. but seriously u can straighten it everyday. and use a heat actevated spray so u dont damage ur hair as much.

you know i can tell you the tips if you want them, but the truth is i'm tired of everyone wanting straight hair..more specifically straight blonde so boring. besides, to get it "forever" straight means it doesnt have any movement and is looks too false for me.. but you can try the chi products thats all i can say...works for my sister

i used to have this problem until i got new straightners i use the remington wet to straight they are excellent i dont use them when my hair is wet tho it kind of freaks me out lol but they are the best ive tried good luck and hope your pics turn out good xx
