the guy asks the girl out,,and the girl lets them "stew" awhile? Thats what my Mom & Grandma used to say,,lol. ;O) Girls are so eager to get a boyfriend,,why? Wouldnt you like to enjoy the dating part of your youth? Establish yourself before you start to think about starting a family? Do you think having a boyfriend gives you self worth? You are great if you can stand alone,,it makes you stronger.There is plenty of time to find your man,,accually,,he will probably find you.

This question is so refreshing because most girls on here are boy crazy! LOL! I agree with you... i agree women today and way too hung up on men. There is nothing wrong with having a man, but I would imagine it will happen without going on the prowl! LOL!

That is a good statement. But the truth of the matter is today there is so much pressure on the youth to have a steady. Seems when I was a kid I had a few girls I dated and all was fine. the other girls dated. It was more of a friendship date than seriousness. But as the kids turn into young adults, the fear of being alone creeps into their minds and does fog the reality of the "old" ways. I agree with you, set your goals and steer towards the greatness that you can achieve. but doing it with a mate does make it all that much better.
