Don't go in for diet pills. Diet pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them. If you care for your long term health, avoid weight loss pills, design your own weight loss plan and stick to it. There are no short cuts to permanent weight loss. Try more daily physical activity and dramatically changing your diet first. After you have those two things in check, your resting metabolic rate will increase!
If you are opting for diet pills, there are a few different varieties to choose from. Please consult your physician before taking a regimen of any of the products below + do not consume them unless you are at least 18
Appetite Suppressants: If you binge eat often try supplementing these into your diet. Most are herbal and stimulant free. It is NOT HEALTHY AT ALL to starve yourself, use them responsibly.
Thermogenics: these claim to help burn fat faster by either raising the body temperature slightly, or using a proprietary formula of herbs and stimulants. Popular products include: Lean System 7, Stacker 2, and Hot Rox - exercise the most caution when using these.
Thyroid support: These are mostly used by men, or body builders. These pills have anti catabolic properties while breaking down fat. Because of the high amount of calories needed to sustain a large amount of muscle mass, they are taken to prevent additional fat storage.

Eating regularly, drinking lots of water, exercise that gets the face red, and green tea speeds the metabolism. Don't do the whole diet pill thing, pleeasee. Know people who have, and it's done no good. Speaking honestly here.
