What do you mean all alone? Who was he with? If my son was crying all alone on the floor, I would call the police and press charges because if I left my child with someone and I come home and no one is there that would mean that he was neglected.
Who did you leave him with? Who ever it was is not responsible and you should never leave your child with that person again...

Depends how old he is. If he's 60 I'd call social services before the neigbours do. If he's 3 then I'd get legal representation because you could be off to the slammer for child neglect.

Why is he crying alone? were is his parent. Thier are food pantries in about every town. Get him some food, were is his Grandparents? Churches will help.
