Then don't worry about keeping a straight face. Say to him your feet reek and you should change your socks daily, Or get new runners.

Besides washing his feet and changing his socks every day he should use a medicated foot powder.
Also, bad smells can indicate a medical problem, so he should consult a doctor about it.
Although it was not my feet that smelled I did have body odor and found out that it was due to a bad liver. Since my transplant I have not had any smell.
Maybe you could print out the replies you get and give him copies of the better answers.

Tell him in a laughing manner first, but to get right to it he probably doesnt wash his feet properly. Even if he does wash them like he should (everyday), if he puts the same smelly shoes on he's right back in the same smelly boat... If its not some type of fungus, his feet probably sweat alot, so he should wash them daily and let them air out(no socks or enclosing shoes) them before he puts on any shoes or socks on a daily basis he should put baby powder or medicated foot powder in his socks and shoes.. That will help his feet from sweating throughout the day.. He should wash his shoes before wearing them after fixing the sweat problem...

I knew a guy that had this problem. Give him some "certain dry" deoderant and and package of socks and tell him to put on the certain dry every morning and a pair of clean socks. That should take care of it.

your friend is a republican slob and you should beat him repeatedly about the head and face with a flat rock while touting the virtues of personal hygiene
after you complete the the public service go to the holy temple,cleanse yourself with water and pray to Allah that the fleas of a thousand rabid republican camels infest his republican arm pits,.

Sounds like he has a fungal infection. Either in the nails or athlete's foot.
