Eat plenty of prunes and curry, and you'll find it floating in the toilet bowl in no time.
Note - after you've fished it out of your toilet, you might want to rinse it under the cold tap for a bit before you put it back in...

Eat food that will instigate explosive diarrhea. When you go to the bathroom let loose and keep spraying until you hear a *clink* against the porcelain...then get the stud out of the toilet bowl.

if you want the stud back, you will have to go thru your stools to find it. If the post on the stud was sharp, you may want to get series abdominal xrays to make sure it doesn't perforate your bowel.

it will have to pass trough you system, be sure to eat alot of food that will give you a large bowel movement, that way when it passes, it won't be so painful if you have alot of stools to cover it.

You can look through your feces to fnd it, I would use rubber gloves though!!!
