Yup, drink a whole lot more water. Urine that smells strong is due to lack of sufficient water. The body needs at least two liters of water a day, not soda pop, not caffienated beverages, not juice, WATER.

You are probably not drinking enough water. You should always drink plenty of water, and right now cranberry juice and water. If you don't like cranberry juice then you can buy at most super markets cranberry juice pills.
