Big Bang, but that doesn't mean it can't be God, too, if you believe in him. If there really was an all-powerful deity that created the universe he (for want of a better pronoun) would create it with rules that would allow it to function without intervention, i.e., physics.
The Big Bang Theory has been around a long time, and the data that has been collected. When you get that black and white fuzzy screen on your TV, it is believed that about 1% of that is radiation that originated at the Big Bang. The people who discovered this won the Nobel Prize. Shame they were actually looking for something else.

God can exist without the Big Bang, but the Big Bang could not have occurred without God. If the universe came into existence through the Big Bang, then it was simply the means of Creation God chose to use.

Heh, when I looked at this question it had 42 answers. Makes you think.
Anyway, the Big Bang, the one that has more proof than the word of ancient farmers. There is a lot of proof or the big bang, no reasonable proof for creationism.

both can exist together god could make the big bang happen. The big bang did definitely happen, but whether you believe in god or not is up to you.

I'm not totally sure about the Big Bang, but it's definately closer to the truth than that "God" thing.

Why does one have to exist without the other, open your mind, do you exist with all your parts, so God exist with all His parts, Big Bang just being part of what He wanted to perform, if true, to kick start creation.
Love God, and learn, more. God bless always.

Interesting how the big bang theory used to be mocked and ridiculed by the god brigade but as science brings us closer to the truth suddenly they're saying 'oh yea that was us we did that' What next, evolution, oh yea gods idea that.
