I am studying abroad in Sweden and I am trying to make a beef stew like my mom makes back home in the US, but it calls for SAGE....I can't find sage or a translation for it. Any recomendations?

Salvie or Salvia

Norwegian: salvie; German: Salbei; French: sauge.
