cut it in half and finish cooking that way...when serving if you dont want it akll sliced just slice one half and leave the other half on plate whole....or you can take some mustard brown sugar and put it in roasting pan with the mixture spread on it and cook at 325 covered until time to serve add just a little liquid in bottom of rasting pan from corned beef and if you were going to do veggies with corned beef use your liquid and cook on stove top like normal veggies....and place around your corned beef they wont know any difference...and the mustard glaze makes it taste out of this world.......make sure and cover beef good with the mustard you want your mustard to be sweet a.d little sour...

Crush the corned beef with a spoon so that it becomes like gravy meat and mix with some tomato sauce if you have any fry it with onions then serve with spaghetti or french bread. Potatoes will also be fine.

And by the way i will be coming to your house for dinner so include me on your list.

Glub's recipe sounds dreadful.

Unless you have a pressure cooker, it's time to change your dinner plans. Even cutting the meat in pieces won't rush it enough, in my opinion. Corned beef should be tender, and yours won't be. Sorry.

Take the meat out and cut it up into big pieces, it will cook faster. Microwaving it will only dry it out and you will have to keep checking on it.

I would not advise that. Maybe you could switch to spaghetti and salad or something.
