They both have their advantages in any given situation. Youth may initially attract me, but experience would be what caused me to stay/return. Nice question. :-)

Both. If you can find someone ahead of their time, that is the best. But if I had to choose one over the other, it would be experience. I need experts on the team I don't have time to train anyone... Some people like to shape and mold, and others like a challenge.

experience is good.. but sometimes eventho you know what you do you still make a mistake and then you feel bad cuz you knew the right way...
Youth is good cuz you just starting to get the experience and making mistakes is all part of it!

When I was 16 I figured it was Youth.
Now that I'm 47 I know that it is Experience.
