In general do people of darker skin have a harder life. becuase of thier skin?..should I accept this as a fact? How do I repent for the sin of being white? Can whites get into heaven..if there is one?

My college professor of my race studies course told me that all white people are automatically racist and ignorant and should apologize to blacks and latinos for years of oppression. Is this man right.?.or should I report him to Bill Oreilly..since my school denied my complaint...Rutgers University

If the shoe fits but not all whites are racists. I don't think I should be judged by my skin just as a person who is skin color other than white does not want me to judge them by skin color

Its a fact a lot of crimes against humanity were committed in the past, by "pioneers" your ancestors, my ancestors, the facts are a lot of Black people do have white Grand-fathers and Grand-mothers who can be checked-tracked back over 200 years, they have European Surnames, and even features and some even have the white skin too, if not the hair so whats this all about really ? resenting your very own genetic make-up or something, denying /resenting your ancestoral past ? nobody really should have to be apologizing to anyone for the wrongs of the past, but should acknowledge that it WAS A BIG MISTAKE & MUST NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN ! thats it. It is a time to repair those OLD wounds.

Nothing to feel guilty about. You can't change your race.
You are who you are and thats it.

Your professor, on the other hand, the professor sounds like a nut case. He really needs to get out in the real world a lot more.

(By the way, I'm a Latino).

Your college professor is a f***king idiot of the highest order. Black people are just as racist, if not more than white people. I walked out of a class when I went to college(S.D.S.U.) just on principle because the professor called me a skinhead and nothing happened to him either. Stand your ground and be proud to be white(that's not a white power comment!)

There's nothing to be guilty about. That's your professor's opinion, let him live is life in that opinion. That's all I'll say, you should already know right from wrong. You kind of waisted your 5 points.

You say you had no control over 100's of years of
oppression against the black people done by your ancestors..or the white people..true you had no control..
Should you feel guilty ..Yes ..because it is still going on today..and you are doing nothing to prevent it from happening ..
I am not a black person ..but i will apologize every chance i get for the inhumane way my ancestors treated
the black folks and still doing so ..I truly am sorry ..
you see that's all it takes to mend wounds ..just say it with your heart..
in your case ..you are looking for a way out..

this man is stupid! first of all what happened that long ago you had nothing to do with..when people have hard lives it is not their skin color but the way they are living their lives...but thats what makes people racist we get tired of hearing how we owe so much to blacks of hispanics for what they have been through. why don't they do something for themselves and stop blaming everyone else for their "hard" lives....not saying every race does this

The racism thing is way overplayed. You and I did not own slaves, so why are we still paying for it. Give me a break.. this is the greatest country on earth (USA) and there is more equality here than anywhere else.. .shut up about racism already... the blacks and latinos are more often guilty of it aimed at us "crackers".

Why dont you ask yourself the same question? It doest matter what race you are, but what you do to others is coming right back (Good or Bad things) So dont feel guilty for being yourself!

I know you didn't write that. No college professor would ever tell anyone that. Its not only idiotic but crazy as well. I will tell you I'm white and damn well proud of it. I'm proud of where I came from. No one will ever make me feel ashamed of what I am.
