yes, you can. First of all you should be your self. Don't be some one you are not. Invite that person out for a drink, or just go some where together. Remember important events or dates (like birthdays etc.) and in time that person will know you really care.
If you are a girl, as the saying goes to way to a man's heart is through his stomach.

Although you can't make him like you, you can present yourself in the most positive, charming, and attractive way possible so as to encourage him to see you as someone likable. However, the ultimate decision for him to like you is his decision to make.

spend money on them, they will then like what you can do for them. as far as making them like you, i dont think that is possible
