I have know this man for several years, he has recently started making a point to talk to me at ballgames, even touching my arm and caressing my elbow during conversation. If I am not around and my daughter is he is asking where I am. He is married though. He stares and smiles when caught.

it is flirting alright but not a good thing why would u be intersted in a man who is married u gotta look the other way girlfriend.... all it done is bring u problem u ant wsant that if u have a little girl what are u going to teach her?

Yes, he's flirting. Even married men flirt. I don't advise acting on it though, that could make a really difficult situation for yourself.

Well, it sounds like he's flirting. Just don't react because he's married. If you do something to lead him on then you WILL have a situation. I would just ignore it and if it gets out of hand...talk to his wife. THAT'LL KEEP HIM IN LINE!

of course he is flirting and to make it worse he is married, tell him to stop caressing you and all that stuff, you know its wrong and you knew he was married and you allowed it? tell him to leave you alone and not to bring your daughter into it.

whatever his signals, i'd steer clear.
if he's in a happy marriage you shouldn't interfere, however hard this is.
just make it clear to hijm through body language that you're jsut friends.
