I believe that food on long flights have some substance mixed in them which makes you sleepy.. because i have noticed lots of people get sleepy rite after eating flight meal even if they were sleeping right before they eat....do you agree.. what are your thoughts. please comment...

I don't agree. I think it is the drone of the engines and lack of movement that induces sleep.

It's called jetlag. Same reason you're sleepy after a long car ride. Sitting for long periods of time makes you tired. Not much space to move around, nothing better to do, a full tummy = sleep.

No I think there just sleepy long travels will do that

I don't believe so--as i fly quite often. And yes i do sleep on the plane many times. but that is because I plan it that way, as to not be bored. Besides legally they would not do that.
