if you want a high contrast and want you floor to be the focal point (some do that) I would go with a bright blue, it's pretty close to complementary on the color wheel, but if you want something a little more rich and subtle, a red or a deep green could do the trick. Very subtle neutrals are always good for someone that doesn't want to branch out into a bold color palette.
Go to your local hardware/paint store and pick up some different color paint samples (I have gone through and grabbed the whole set for use at home, it's ok) and in daylight and in the artifical light (lamps, ceiling fixtures, etc) in that room, put whatever color family you choose next to the floor tile and furniture in that light, because the color tends to change in different types of lighting, you'll be happy once you get the color right on the wall that you wont have to repaint, because that DOES happen so often.
Don't be afraid to try new things, go with the feeling in your gut once you put those colors next to the tile. I hope this helps!

As far as i know, the use of terracotta floorings will be able to match with greenery. I would choose leaf green to have a fresher look with a low timber bench to create a resort country look if your area allow, It will be more wonderful if you could add a water feature at the corner, well it's all depend on what are you going to use this room for.
Good day.

I think it depends on what 'look' you are going for, and also what room it is in (or is it a patio area?). If I lived in a lovely hot country, I'd paint the walls a creamy white and buy some framed prints that complemented both with strong reds and greens. If it was here in Scotland (cold and raining usually), I'd go for strong reds and forest/racing green on the walls to give some warmth.

had a kitchen with this color tile, used white cabinets, and delft blue, white, a little yellow for imported tiles for the backsplash. i think a pale melon would be pretty too.
