From The Old Testament or from the New Testament.
Depends on what kind of wrong did your friends do to you.
If its physical injury, libel, or any harm against your personal rights or property, use the Old Testament of eye for an eye or tooth for a tooth. But since we have the law of the land in our society, you cannot put the law into your own hands. Let the law handles your case.
If it just hurt your feelings or emotions that you still can handle well, then use the New Testament that teaches forgiveness and understanding. Just let the offenders know what wrong did he do to you and tell him he is forgiven.

I forget the exact verse but one of the Apostles asked Jesus, "How often should I forgive someone?" And Jesus replied, "Not seven but seventy seven times..."

The implication of course is that you should keep forgiving. Tell the person that they have wronged you (Go to the one and in private warn him of his sin -- biblical). If they repent, then things are cool, forgive, go to the Altar and gives thanks. If they don't, the Bible teaches that you should bring two or three as witnesses. If that brings repentance, awesome, go to the Altar and give thanks. If not, take it to the community. If the person will still not repent, then they are to be treated as one of the nonbelievers.

I'll try to dig up these two passages. Gimme a moment.

WOOHOO! They're both from the same book and Chapter! Matthew 18. And I paraphrased wrong. It was not 'not seven but seventy seven', rather, 'not seven but seventy time seven'. So 490 times -- more times than most people could keep track of.

All the stories in the bible show examples of forgiveness. For example in Saumuel 1 when Saul tries to kill David and David has the chance to kill him, he does not even though Saul would have killed him. When Jesus preaches he says if someone slaps your cheek offer him the other.

Pray for the person that wronged you and for the strength to forgive. However, if what was done is severe, forgiving does not mean keeping them in your life.

Try to make peace, if that does not work, ask if a member of the church can get involved and help make peace. If that does not work then you are to forgive seventy times seven, or 490 times. I guess 491 time he/she wrongs you maybe want to stop associating. But remember, 'turn the other check' and 'if he wants your coat give your shirt too.' Bottom line, try to make peace and if that is not possible forget it. Vengeance is God's Provence.

You are suppose to talk to him about whatever you feel was done improperly.
If there is still issues then you bring it forward to the Church and Pastor for reconciliation.

Generally direct confrontations are difficult. Sitting down and respecting how it is presented to the person goes such a long way in a dispute.

There are three sides to every story, yours, theirs, and the truth.

It's in the book of Luke.

Just one moment please.....

Luke 17:3 - 4 (Jesus said) Be on your guard! If another disciple sins, you must rebuke the offender and if there is repentance, you must forgive. And if the same person sins against you seven times a day, and turns back to you seven times and says, "I repent", you must forgive.

Rebuke - noun: correction, strong reproof, strong disapproval.

Take him/her aside and privately tell them how you feel you have been wronged by him/her. Do so in a calm manner, not one where the person will get defensive.
If it happens again, tell the Church (your preacher/pastor/priest/minister/bishop/whathaveyou) and ask him to get involved with helping you to work this out.
If it happens a third time, I think that's when you call him/her out in public.

Jesus set the standard

Luke 23:34
Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.

We are told how to act

Romans 12:19
Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord.

is is, after all, a characteristic of those who love God.

Turn the other cheek or forgive 7x77 (new testament)
cut out their eye and rip out a tooth (old testament - God turned over a new leaf in the new testament it seems.)
