I think you are talking about Huevos Rancheros. Huevos Rancheros is a way that mexican cook their eggs. It is cooked an an omelet or scrambled eggs. && It has some kind of tomatoe sauce.....Im not sure

Huevos Rancheros. It's a yummy Mexican breakfast. Basically its made with tortilla, eggs, chili sauce. Usaully served with beans, avacado, potato. You get the idea.
