Now you're ready to really exercise. Run between 1 and10 miles, try weightlifting. Anything you can think of, It is totally up to you.
Also, you can join weightwatchers, although their weightlosing is slow, and they promote meat-eating. It is all your decision. Lean Cuisine also promotes that.

THIS REALLY WORKS!!!! Drink slim fast Optima for breakfast (optima has only 180 calories), eat lean cuisine for lunch (make sure it doesn't have pasta or potatoes) and drink another slim-fast for dinner.

I hate to burst your bubble but you can never lose weight fast and effectively if you want to keep it off you should not be losing more than 3lbs a week i went to weight watchers and lost 50lbs about 7 yrs ago and i have not gained any of it back but it took me like 7 mos you have to be dedicated to changing your life style habits and exercise plays a big role in weight loss ... it will also help you feel better ... good luck
