Me too I get dizzy when I eat pasta with Alfredo white sauce. I think my body is rejecting rich food. Last time I fainted right after feeling dizziness at a Mexican restaurant after eating half of my dinner which is Chili Verde combo plate. The pork meat has a rich sauce, the bean paste has a melted cheese with Mexican rice. They took me to a hospital and I vomited all I ate that dinner. The doctor said it was Vaso Vagal Syncope. I don't know if it was it, or just food poisoning or allergic reaction.

Sounds good to me! Prepare your tortellini and set it aside. Steam her fav veggies, I usually use zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper and sometimes baby bellas. While those are steaming or sauteeing in butter, grill your chicken. Throw everything together to keep warm until served. Either while you're cutting your chicken or while your steaming the veggies I would make this sauce: 1 stick butter, 1 pint heavy cream, and 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese. Throw in garlic to taste and all that sauce needs to do is be on a high simmer until either the cheese melts or it starts to reduce. Pretty simple. Hope it works well for you! Also top it with some finely shredded mozzarella, parsley, and diced tomatoes!

If its from a can you may be allergic to LSD I think is what its called. My stepdad is allergic to it and my mom can't make anything from a can or box it all has to be made from scratch, they can't even eat out. Good Luck with that.

it has the effect of eating a white cake and frosting once digested. It creates a rush of energy, and then causes you to crash. Starches like that are good for long-distance runners, MAYBE, but generally speaking, no one else. They cause immediate weight gain. You are experiencing low-blood sugar as you crash.

Hmmm, I've never heard of such a problem, but it could be a food allergy. Talk to your doctor about it.

First off, it isn't LSD, its MSG. Now the Alfredo suace could be made with wine. Are you allergic to grapes?

you may have problems with your gall bladder...problems can prevent you from properly digesting fatty foods and alfredo sauce is one of the main triggers...
