Every region in the US has it's own offers and deals. The best way to determine what special interest rates are being offered by a manufacturer is to go to the manufacturer's web site.

In CA, Toyota has not offered 0% on cars in a long time. 0% on the Tundra and sometimes the Sequoia, but I think the lowest interest I've seen on cars may be 1.9%-3.9%

you can always bargin with the dealer, walk away if you dont like the offer
