Why would you want to put God in a box?
Seriously, most people think inside the box. That's why most don't understand or can't wrap their mind around the things God can do!
He's not fleeting. He is pursuing you...perhaps you are the one on the run. God never moved, you did.

What a small God He would be if we could catch Him in a box.
Is God "fleeting?" Well, He can do anything good so, I suppose He can fly quickly (if you meant it that way). I am sure that He can cause (time) to pass usually quickly or imperceptibly (if you meant it this way), but I don't believe that He does that. He is so patient that He just lets time pass as He created it.
I vote for daisykristina. Her answer is funny.

Theoretically, if something could travel at the speed of light, its mass would become infinite. God is infinite. God is light.
