It is simple and I do this all of the time! If a computer illiterate like me can do it anyone can (haha). First, you open another browser and go to your email. Then you go the the recipe and click on the part you want (highlight). You copy it and then paste it onto the email you are sending! You can do this with anything, not just recipes.

This may not be the technical way to do it, but it always works for me!!!
