There seems to be TOO many different things to remember and figure out. Which exercises to do, how often to do them, how much resistance is appropriate, how often to rest, how to know when you're doing the exercise wrong, what to eat, when to eat it, etc. . . how can I ever answer all of these questions? HOW do you workout effectively?
