Losing weight can be difficult. To do so, you must make a lifestyle change. Lots of people are busy but they have to MAKE time to work out. They have to MAKE time to eat healthy. It doesn't just happen--you have to decide you are going to lose weight, make a plan and stick with it. If you do, I guanatee the weight will come off.
