If your unsure I would enroll in an online Montessori program. I did and its great. The website is www.montessoritraining.net. They also have partial videos you can view for free or buy the full ones off the website.

I'm a retired Montessoru teacher and the best way to learn is to go visit a school and ask the teachers. Believe it or not they will be glad to show you. sometimes the older children in a classroom enjoy showing adults what to do also. Not online but i think more effective.
