Also what would be a good exercise to loose weight on your arms? Any exercise tips?

A good pill is Lipo-6. Use dumbbells and push ups for your arms.

This is what worked for me. I did 200 minutes of cardio every week. I did planks and other abs exercises on alternate days. On training days, I did 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then weight training, followed by more cardio.

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

There are no good diet pills. Sure you may loose the weight, but it will come right back. A well balanced meal plan and regular exercise is the only way to keep weight off.

Arm exercises - You will always need to do cardio. 30 minutes at least 4 days a week. You should work all areas of your arm: bicep, tricep, shoulder, deltoids, and back.

Diet Pills never work!!!You might lose weight for a little while but it will come back. Simply just eat right and exercise. To see what you need to eat go to this site. http://www.mypyramid.gov/
It will help you decide how much you should eat of each food group!! Drink plenty of water as well!!!! Also, record everything you eat. It will help you monitor what exactly you eat!!
