sorry weight loss pills are pretty much ineffective. Try eating right and eat in moderation. The worst thing is to assume weight loss pills work because they have side effects and some are not approved.
Weight loss takes time...it cannot go fast
a healthy weight loss would be to lose one pound a week

Don't take weight loss pills! They have ephedrine in them, most of them do, and that is terrible for your heart. In fact, I know someone who died from taking ephedrine.
If you want to lose weight before you get in the gym - cut out the soda pop and drink lots and lots of water - like a gallon a day. Also, do a lot of walking. You don't have to run, or anything like that. Just walk - a lot. Walk everywhere you can - get up early in the morning and walk a couple of miles at a brisk pace every day - not only will you fell great, but the pounds will simply melt from your body!

No pills,they are all bad for anyone Just keep up the work outs stop eating snacks eat good meals.don't know what weight Father or Mother is but bad eating runs in family.No drugs They are bad for all.

I don't think you should take pills b/c they don't always work and can really mess up your metabolism. If you are concerned about your weight try to talk to your dr about nutrition and one you get to that gym the pounds will come right off...good luck!

dont take pils , your at a young age ok , start by walking or runiing and eating well the weight will come off remember if you dont have the will power you will not lose the weight
your joing the gym in 3 months ??? why not now , that your weak will power talking to you

jus do more exercising and burn your claories take litre of lemon water with salt and hony early morning that will benefit u a lot avoid sugar and fatty stuff. jogging ,weight training,cycling and even swimiing are the best suggested so keep it up but dotntake pills ok

your too young to be on diet pills. you need to eat right and stick with it, you also need to start jogging... diet pills I think are a scam, and they cant be good for you ... it is good that you are joining a gym... good luck to you
