The Phoenicians did! They were merchands on ships, trading goods here and there between several cultures, and eventually they came up with the idea to make a currency that all their partners would likely accept.
Like, if they had spices on board and silk, and wanted to buy tin from the celts (southwest UK now). What if the celts were not interested in the available spices and silk? So, the monetary currency worked so much better. In fact it became so popular that many cultures came up with their own money.
Later, under the romans, it was hugely spread, and even in those areas where the phoenicians had never gone, people were introduced to coins.

because of the fact he loves money extra effective than he loves people. it somewhat is why they continuously pass around the offering plate in church homes. needless to say, he's not very good along with his funds because of the fact he continuously needs added money and infrequently has something to teach for the money he has spent. you may think of the international could be a plenty extra effective place if all that church money that has been amassed over the centuries develop into used slightly extra effective.

The use of proto-money may date back to at least 100,000 B.C. [1]. Shell jewellery in the form of strung beads would have provided the basic attributes needed of early money

On what grounds do you believe this? People invented money. Even if you believe in God, what evidence in the Bible is there that HE created the concept of money? (I'm honestly curious)

In the book of Genesis, God stated, "nothing will be restrained from them which they have imagined to do." In other words, they have free will and they can do whatever they like.
God never said money in itself was evil; it is greed, materialism, and the LOVE of money that brings evil.
