Technique Numero Uno: I once said I didn't feel like 'thinking' too much (ie. didn't feel like answering questions), but that I enjoyed listening to her stories and for her to keep chatting away. This helps stop the questions, and still allows her to keep chatting (which is what she really wants). Then you can tune out (without fear of being asked questions).
Technique Deux: I also make fun of the fact that she asks so many questions and act out painful brain injuries as the number of questions rise.

These questions ahve arisen from something that has happened in your relationship. Another thing to remember is a girl wants to be told everything. Rather be totally honest in your relationship and dont just tell your girlfriend that you had an okay day tell her I had an okay day...because...Or I went our for drinks and this and this happened...if u tell her a little more then less questions will be asked...

Just keep answering them. And if you don't like that option, then try a boyfriend instead--they don't ask nearly as many questions or dwell on the same thing over and over again like women will! :)
