Boil your pork in water for 30 to 45 minutes then place in roasting pan cover with bbq sauce and cover tightly and place in over at 350 and bake for 2 1/2 to 4 hours. This is for 5 to 8 pounds of pork.

I actually do mine in a crockpot and it is absolutely delicious!

Please onion slice on bottom, next place boston butt, then another onion slice. Fill crockpot with water and cook on low for 18-24 hours. Drain all water, remove bones(they'll pull right out) and onion. Add sauce of choice and cook for an addition 1-3 hours.

Sorry it's not an oven recipe, but I promise it delicious!
