How stupid are you? Why do you have a tendency to talk against black people. That's ur second question I read, both mention black people. Do you have a slight feeling that Blacks are inferior? I do not know if i can help you in answering this question cuze it is difficult .. cause I'm not a English native speaker, but I will try my best..
I have read your source.. I recommend you to read it again carefully cause it says:"To those whose faces will be black, (will be said): "Did ye reject Faith after accepting it? "
So those whose there faces will be black because they were believing in Islam or let us say(faith) for some time and then they just simply reject it (disbelieving about faith anymore), they lied about it.
"and as for those whose faces have been blackened, it will be said unto them: Disbelieved ye after your (profession of) belief? Then taste the punishment for that ye disbelieved. "
what i can explain is that because they disbelieved, they will have black faces and they will be punished for this by going to hell...

that has nothing to do with color of skin. it's like your face will lighting up. and other faces will become dark. you can see a black man, but his face seems like it's lighting up. and in Islam there is no black or white. or Arabic and foreigner. no different except with those who fear God the most.
