They are kept in an abandoned warehouse, location of which I can't tell you... The government lets one out every few weeks... If you are lucky and you see him on the street, offer him a dog cracker and he's yours!!!!!

When you find out PLEASE let me know! The men here are a little strange, imature, and don't have a sense of style. It's the worst!! Lol So, if you find a good one tell me..Hopefully he'll have a good friend lol
