Are you talking about going up to some guy you dont know or somebody you know already and kinda like? If its some guy you dont know just give him the eye. Let him know its ok to come over and talk to you. Its kind of the guys job in that situation. And if he does come over just go through the usual, whats your name, what do you do kinda stuff, it'll grow from there. If its someone you know already......it'll just flow naturally
