I don't know exactly what your looking for, but this dessert is a fave. A very light & fluffy with a tart cherry flavour.
Cherry Angel Trifle:
1 pkg. ( 3oz) sugar-free cherry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 prepared angel food cake (10 inches), cut into 1-inch cubes
1 can (20oz) light cherry pie filling
1 carton (8oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Dissolve gelatin in water, refrigerate for 15 minutes. Place half of the cake cubes in a 3qt trifle bowl, or serving bowl; top with half of the gelatin and pie filling; repeat layers and top off with whipped cream. Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
Very pretty dessert to decorate your table, very colorful. And very delicious!
