First you need to do a literature search into theories of attachment, read them thoroughly and note the important points. Evaluation means you must critique the research methods used by each author, to do this you will need to establish whether the research was qualitative or quantitative and if the findings are valid, reliable and generalisable. Look up literature on how to do a research critique. Follow the guidelines your tutor gave you and you should be fine - ask the librarian at your college to help with the literature search if necessary. For any assignment, there should be a given recommended reading list.
The introduction should state the aims and objectives of the essay and how you intend to achieve them, the main body of the essay should be about your actual evaluation of the literature/research, and the conclusion should be a summary of the introduction. Don't forget to use references for any direct quotes, and a bibliography for any reading you did but didn't directly quote. Make sure you stick to the word limit if there is one.

Introduce the concept of attachment, what it is, and how it manifests itself with individuals. Say how you propose to do this.
The body of the assignment (essay) should be about the examination of research that has taken place into how attachment is recognised (maybe the history of it), and how it is treated ... if treatment is offered.
The conclusion should be your evaluation of what you've found out. You need to look at what it is, how it affects individuals, what treatments are offered, and which treatment give best results.
The outline is what you say you'll be covering in your introduction.
It's been some years since I last had to complete any assignments, but I always found it easier to plan it out in such a way that I made brief notes on how it would go ... write out my conclusion/evaluation, and then write the introduction. That way, you're sure of covering what you originally stated you would. (Obviously, this is more easily accomplished if you use a word processor, where you can easily move blocks of text about.) It might also pay you to speak with your teacher/tutor about areas that you are expected to cover.
