Just go find the shadiest liqour store in town and wait for some guy who looks like he doesn't give rats *** come by, give him 20 bucks for a case and let him keep the change. It isn't hard to find people like that if you're 18 or above, if you're not that you really shouldn't be drinking. Go find a friends basement have fun stay the night and DON'T DRIVE ANYWHERE.

depends what you're looking for . Are you an underage kid that is looking for some body to sell you beer illegally or are you a concerned parent who wants to catch the person that sold your kid beer illegally ?
If you're a parent tell the cops, they have ways of setting up sting operations that catch those who sell alcohol to kids.
If you're the kid, you're SOL nobody here will tell you how they did it.
